Background
Professional and Community Service
Sir John Igwe was born in Aku, Igbo-Etiti Local Government
Area of Enugu State. He later migrated to the United States,
where he continued his education and professional development.
Sir Igwe holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Science, with
studies in Healthy Lifestyle Coaching and Nutrition at
Arizona State University. He also earned a Diploma in Medical
Billing and Coding.
He currently operates and manages a clinic with his wife,
Dr. Chinyere Igwe. The clinic provides services to both
medical and psychiatric patients.
His experience in managing a healthcare practice,
coordinating operations, and supporting patient-care services
makes his background well suited to the responsibilities of
Managing Director of the EnuguUSA Medical Mission.

Record of Service
Sir John Igwe has demonstrated long-standing service and
leadership within EnuguUSA.
He served as Secretary of EnuguUSA Arizona from 2005 to 2015.
Since 2023, he has served as President of EnuguUSA Arizona.
He also represented the Arizona Chapter as a member of the
EnuguUSA Board of Directors from 2023 to 2026.
Role and Responsibility
Supporting the Medical Mission
In this role, Sir John Igwe will work with the Medical Mission
leadership and appropriate EnuguUSA authorities to support
effective planning, coordination, administration, and
execution of the organization’s medical mission activities.
The Office of the President looks forward to working
collaboratively with Sir John Igwe as he assumes this
important responsibility.
